Possible bot or macro user

I've been playing for like 6 months now and I'm really good at it and fast. I've also been gaming for 5 years web 3 and have done some minor developing. A player called extremegamer is cheating somehow but I can't figure it out. I know this because I play so much that I can tell the rhythm of spawning trees and mountains. When he is on and I run into him, he will be at the spawn site the second something spawns no matter where on the map. My UI refresh rate is 3 seconds, but somehow that player is not only refreshing immediately but knows where trees and mountains are spawning either before they spawn or the millisecond they spawn. I don't know how he's doing it but pretty much the whole map shuts down as far as availability of trees or mountain resources. When he is done doing what he's doing, the map goes back to a regular spawning rhythm. I have been studying this guy for a week. For what it's worth, hopefully you can research this player if I'm wrong great good for him for being unusually efficient.
