I bought an item and it doesn't appear in my inventory.

Good afternoon, this morning I made a transaction and bought a Bonfire for 0.45 gold. I made the transaction and it told me that I had bought it, but the item doesn't appear in my inventory and the gold was debited. Can you help me with that, as I'm looking to advance in the game?
