Bug in my kingdom

Hello, I'm having a problem with my kingdom on my account. When I log in, I realize I can't edit anything and that someone else owns my kingdom. Their name is Satsuma and it's at this coordinate -14319 / 47020.5. I think it's a bug that they gave my kingdom to someone else because they used the same name as me.

My account name is Shiroe.

I would appreciate it if you could help me recover my kingdom. I had an item in my kingdom and I don't want to lose it.
