Add Community Ingredient Swap Marketplace

Community building like "marketplace" when we swap ingredients without using gold. For example I have a quest on cucumber but I have loads of carrots and someone else need carrots for his quest. We could propose a ratio for exanche let's say it don't have to be 1:1. I can ask for 100 cucumbers for my 150 carrots or 200.
